During the last year Network rail have recorded a significant rise in reported incidents occurring on the railway lines involving young people in the Lancashire area. I'm sure you will share our concern and the need for us all to work together to reduce the potential risk of a young person coming to harm on the railway especially with the summer holidays fast approaching when incidents generally increase.
